What we don't do
Saying no to the wrong work is how we stay good at the right work.
We don't do generic IT staffing
Only the five CRM and ERP stacks: Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, Zoho, and Odoo. If a brief needs a Java microservices engineer or a DevOps SRE, we are the wrong partner — and we will tell you so within the first conversation.
We don't sell licenses or platforms
We are vendor-neutral. We have no reseller relationships, no partner-tier quotas, and no incentive to recommend one platform over another. That neutrality is protected structurally — it is why we operate KnowMyCRM on the buyer-advisory side as a separate platform.
We don't compete with our partners on delivery
When we work with implementation partner firms, we don't take the end-client's implementation work directly. We supply the talent, the partner firm runs the engagement. This boundary is written into our commercial agreements with partners.
We don't lock partners into exclusivity
Partner firms can source engineers from us on any given brief without committing to a minimum volume or an exclusive-supplier clause. We earn the next brief by being useful on the current one.
We don't do unvetted resume-flipping
Every engineer we represent has passed our five-stage screening before being placed on an engagement. We do not forward resumes we have not interviewed ourselves.
We don't dress up offshore-only rates as European delivery
If talent is based in India, the brief is priced accordingly and the engagement is set up for timezone-appropriate coverage. If talent is based in the EU, the brief is priced accordingly. We are transparent about where the engineer lives, where they work from, and what that costs — no hidden margin stack, no geo-arbitrage dressed up as something it isn’t.
If your brief is inside the five stacks we cover and you want transparent pricing with a real bench behind it, we are probably a fit.
