Cookie policy
Effective date: 2026-04-28 Last updated: 2026-04-28
This cookie policy explains how Niponx Technology S.R.L. uses cookies and similar technologies on niponx.com.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device to remember information about you between page loads or visits. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. In this policy we refer to all of them collectively as "cookies".
Our approach
We use cookies sparingly. The Site is designed to work with the minimum technically necessary set, and any non-essential cookie is set only after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party advertising networks.
Categories we use
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
These are required for the Site to function. They cannot be switched off and do not require consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (and its Romanian transposition in Law no. 506/2004).
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
niponx_consent | niponx.com | Stores your cookie-banner choices so we don't ask again on every visit | 12 months |
niponx_session | niponx.com | Maintains form state during a multi-step submission (e.g. /hire) | Session |
niponx_csrf | niponx.com | Prevents cross-site request forgery on form submissions | Session |
2. Analytics (set only with consent)
We use a cookieless, EU-hosted analytics tool (Plausible Analytics, or Vercel Analytics, as applicable) to understand which pages are read and where buyers come from, in aggregate. This service does not set cookies and does not collect personal data; however, because some EU jurisdictions take a strict view of any analytics, we ask for your consent before loading it.
| Service | Purpose | Personal data | Cookies set |
|---|---|---|---|
| Plausible Analytics (or Vercel Analytics) | Aggregate, anonymous page-view counts and referrer data | None | None |
You may withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Withdrawal stops further data collection immediately.
3. Marketing
We do not use marketing cookies. We do not run advertising on niponx.com and we do not share data with advertising networks. UTM and similar URL parameters that arrive with a visitor (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, fbclid) are recorded only when you actively submit a form, as part of your enquiry attribution — they are not stored as cookies.
4. Third-party services on form submission
When you submit a form, the Site relies on the following third-party services. They do not set cookies on niponx.com itself, but they may interact with their own cookies on their own domains:
| Service | When it runs | Domain |
|---|---|---|
| Salesforce Web-to-Lead | At the moment you submit the form (POST) | webto.salesforce.com |
| Resend (transactional email) | Server-side, after submission | resend.com (server-to-server only — no cookies seen by you) |
| Google reCAPTCHA v3 | When forms are loaded, only after you give consent | google.com / gstatic.com |
Detailed information about how these services process data is available in our Privacy Policy.
How to manage cookies
- Use the cookie banner that appears on your first visit to grant or deny consent for non-essential categories.
- Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer at any time to change your choices.
- Configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Most browsers allow you to refuse all cookies, refuse third-party cookies, or be notified before a cookie is set. Note: if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Site may not function.
