We're not a generalist staffing agency. Niponx is built around five enterprise stacks — Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo — and the roles that ship them, sourced from a tri-region bench across Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and India.

Every engineer we represent has been interviewed by a practicing architect in their stack. Every contract is engineered for the way IT consultancies actually work: fast on, fast off, paperwork EU legal teams sign without rewriting. Headquartered in Bucharest — inside the European Union, GDPR-clean by default, with CET-to-IST coverage for clients anywhere in EMEA and beyond.

We also operate KnowMyCRM, a vendor-neutral advisory platform that helps mid-market companies evaluate CRM and ERP options. Running both sides — the buyer-side advisory and the delivery-side talent network — gives us an unusually clean picture of where demand is heading and which roles are about to be in short supply. That is the unfair advantage we work from.

Operationally, we run from two locations: our EU headquarters in Bucharest and our India office in Noida — supporting the tri-region talent bench across Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and India.
